What you'll actually build
- Client and internal portals with real users and real product surfaces.
- 200+ live n8n workflows powering CRM, lead enrichment, billing, system health, and operations.
- AI production pipelines using tools such as fal.ai, Kling, ElevenLabs, Remotion, and FFmpeg.
- Integration layers for Close CRM, Meta Ads API, Airtable, SevDesk, and Google Workspace.
- Infrastructure on VPS, Docker, Traefik, PM2, Vercel, and managed platforms.
A realistic week: 3-5 PRs merged, 2 n8n workflows debugged, 1 new automation shipped, and 1 incident triaged.

What we're looking for
- Diagnostic intuition: you can read unfamiliar workflows or schemas cold and form a working hypothesis fast.
- AI skepticism and ownership: AI is a multiplier, but you can defend every line you ship.
- Real n8n experience: production workflows, not tutorials.
- Backend fundamentals: Supabase/Postgres, REST APIs, TypeScript or Python, and solid SQL.
- Operational discipline: you test before deploying and update documentation when things change.
- Linux/Docker comfort: SSH, logs, services, and containers do not scare you.
